Hook, Line & Sinker follows Mark Nixon, a once-renowned professional bass fisherman whose tournament glory days are behind him. Searching for purpose and perhaps a second act, he purchases a rundown bait shop next to a luxury resort.
With his unpredictable best friend Hugh and his sharp, skeptical wife Crystal by his side, Mark discovers that running a bait shop requires the same heart, hustle, and humor that once defined his life on the water.
While fishing provides the setting, the series is ultimately about marriage, loyalty, rivalry, reinvention, and second chances.
